From November 15 to 17, 2024, the Hackathon InnovHer took place, a major event focused on innovation in the field of women’s health. Over 200 participants, including students from ECE, took part in this immersive 48-hour experience dedicated to creativity and collaboration.

Collaboration on Innovative Projects

This innovation weekend allowed participants to work on 35 projects, exploring nine key themes related to women’s health.

Among the innovative solutions, several initiatives were highlighted, including early detection tools for endometriosis and breast cancer screening technologies using artificial intelligence.

These projects demonstrate the importance of technological innovation in the field of health.

Strategic Partnerships with Industry Leaders

The Hackathon also garnered the interest of prestigious partners such as the Agency for Health Innovation, as well as renowned companies like GSK, Takeda, and Pfizer. Their participation helped to identify new talents and encouraged exchanges between the academic world and industry.

Awards and recognition of projects

At the end of the InnovHer event, over 15,000 euros in grants and support prizes were awarded to the most promising projects, highlighting the significant impact of this initiative on the future of women’s health. This recognition encourages the engagement of young innovators and brings attention to the importance of their contributions.
