Because each discipline has its own constraints, ECE implements personalized arrangements for students benefiting from the status of High-Level Athlete or Artist (SAHN).

Depending on your situation, you may benefit from:

  • make-up classes or exams;
  • support for your international mobility;
  • personalized follow-up by the teaching teams.

The goal is simple: to enable you to continue your sports or artistic practice while succeeding in your engineering training.

How to obtain the High-Level Sports or Artist status (SAHN)?

To benefit from the SANH status and the associated accommodations, students must inform the COMASCO at the start of the school year.

Once this step is completed, they have access to the BOOSTCAMP platform to compile their application.

The following elements must be submitted:

  • the completed request form for accommodations;
  • a sports license or a certificate from the club specifying the level of practice for the current year;
  • the schedule of training sessions and competitions that conflict with the educational activities of the ECE.

Each SANH request is individually studied by the commission, which validates or not the requested accommodations.

SAHN accommodations are granted for one academic year and must be renewed each year if necessary.

SANH support is defined at the beginning of the academic year, in consultation with the student, educational teams, and if needed, the coach or the artistic or sports referent.
