We are proud
The associative projects born at the FabLab
Formula Student
The ADS-DV car, completely autonomous
The students of the ARECE team are developing an electric and autonomous racing car for Formula Student competitions. The project mobilizes skills in artificial intelligence, computer vision, embedded electronics, and robotics. The members of ARECE notably use the FabLab at ECE to train, prototype, and develop their systems.

ECE Copter
Drone designed and built by students
Students from ECE have designed and built ECECopter, a drone developed entirely within the school, from the structure design to its flight. The project allows them to work on several complementary areas, including electronics, embedded systems, programming, and prototyping.
Battleship Project
Interactive Battleship
International fourth-year students developed an interactive battleship game, combining electronics, programming, and embedded systems. The project notably relies on the use of microcontrollers to transform the famous game into a physical and interactive experience. It was presented in English as part of their curriculum. The electronic component manufacturer MikroElektronika also featured the project.

ECE Pilot
Autonomous rover equipped with a LiDAR
Students from the Embedded Systems major have developed ECE Pilot, a rover capable of moving and collecting information about its environment. The prototype notably combines a LiDAR sensor, an inertial measurement unit, Wi-Fi communication, and a real-time data processing system. The students have also designed an interface to visualize the information transmitted by the vehicle.
Interactive map of the Paris metros
Interactive map of the Paris metro
A student from ECE has created a physical map that allows for near real-time visualization of the flow of Paris metros. The system retrieves available data from the RATP network, processes it, and updates the position of the metros approximately every twenty seconds. Presented during the MakerFest held at the ECE FabLab, this project combines data retrieval, programming, and the creation of a physical interface.
