Application
How to apply to ECE?
Nomination of the partner university
Your home university must first submit your nomination to the ECE. Partner institutions receive an email containing a link to an online nomination form. Once the nomination is validated, you will automatically receive a confirmation email.
Online Registration
After your nomination, you will receive an email granting you access to the Mobility Online platform. You then need to complete your application file and upload the requested documents within the specified deadlines.
Application Review and Admission
Your application is reviewed by the responsible individuals for the chosen program. Admission is granted subject to meeting the academic and language prerequisites defined for each program. The final decision is communicated to you by the international relations team via Mobility Online.

Rest assured, our team assists you at every step to facilitate your processes. We work with trusted companies and student residences to guide you towards suitable solutions. Obtaining your visa
Obtaining a visa is mandatory for non-EU students. Start your application as early as possible through the official France-Visas platform to avoid any delays. A large part of the procedure can be completed from your home country. By preparing your documents in advance, you secure your arrival. The ECE supports you at every step to guide you smoothly.

Ensure your health
Health insurance is mandatory for all students. EU students must present their European Health Insurance Card (EHIC). Non-EU students must obtain private international health insurance or register for French student social security. Valid coverage guarantees you access to care throughout your stay. The ECE teams assist you in these processes to secure your settlement and your experience.

Summer School: Up to 2 weeks of immersion
The ECE Summer School is a short program of academic and cultural immersion organized every year in July.
For 1 to 2 weeks, international students discover how a major business school operates as well as the French higher education system.
The program is open to international students, with no specific academic prerequisites. To learn about the procedures and finalize your registration, contact the International office: incoming@ece.com
