Questions?
Apprenticeship tax FAQ
Allocate your apprenticeship tax
From the SOLTéA platform (CDC), choose and directly allocate the balance of your apprenticeship tax to one of the 4 accredited institutions of the OMNES Education group.
Are you subject to the apprenticeship tax?
If your company is subject to income tax or corporate tax, has at least 1 establishment in France, and employs at least 1 employee, then you must pay this mandatory tax. You must also carry out a commercial, industrial, or artisanal activity.
What is the purpose of the apprenticeship tax?
This tax finances the necessary expenses for the development of technological and vocational training. It also allows for the funding of apprenticeship programs. It is an additional lever for professional integration.
Can you allocate to multiple schools?
You have the ability to allocate your apprenticeship tax balance to different institutions authorized to receive it. The OMNES Education group has 4 authorized institutions :
- INSEEC ILE-DE-FRANCE
- INSEEC RHÔNE-ALPES
- INSEEC NOUVELLE AQUITAINE
- ECE (AGECE School of Engineering)
Regardless of the identified school, the funds will be distributed by the Group among the different schools.
Can you directly transfer your apprenticeship tax balance to one or more of our institutions?
No, since 2023, you no longer need to send a check or make a transfer to the schools of the OMNES Education group that you wish to support.
How do you log in to the SOLTéA platform?
You must first have a Net-entreprises access. Once on the SOLTéA platform, you log in using your SIRET number, first name, last name, and net-entreprise.fr password.
Do you keep the same login credentials for SOLTéA as before?
Yes. If you are already logged in: your login credentials for SOLTéA remain unchanged.
What should you do if you have NOT YET logged into SOLTéA?
If you are connecting to SOLTéA for the first time, you must first log in to the platform Net-entreprises.fr which manages access rights to SOLTéA and generates login credentials for SOLTéA.
You can also ask your Human Resources department (manager of the Nominative Social Declaration, DSN) or your declarant third parties (accountants) to provide you with access to SOLTéA.
Access to the SOLTéA platform is available 24 hours later.
What happens if you do not select at least one beneficiary school ?
All apprenticeship tax balances that have not been allocated will be redistributed into a common pool for all authorized establishments on SOLTéA according to criteria set by decree.
These balances may therefore benefit establishments that do not fall under your sector or field of activity.
This is why we recommend you allocate your apprenticeship tax balance to better support and invest in the future of the students in our schools.
If you have multiple establishments, how should you proceed on SOLTéA ?
The allocation of the apprenticeship tax balance is done by SIRET number.
You may be authorized, via Net-Entreprises, to act on SOLTéA on behalf of multiple SIRETs by logging in for each SIRET and making the desired allocation choices.
Do not hesitate to plan ahead and set aside some time to make your choices on SOLTéA.
