At the heart of tech
What is the AI and Data Sector at ECE ?
Mastering the raw material of AI
The AI and Data track begins with a solid understanding of data. You learn to collect, clean, structure, and store large volumes of information. You work with relational and non-relational databases and develop skills in SQL, Python, and data pipeline management.
This mastery of the fundamentals is essential. It determines the quality of any analysis and any AI model you will subsequently build.
- Databases and data engineering
- Python and SQL languages
- Data management and structuring
Designing models that solve real problems
You then dive into the heart of data science: machine learning, deep learning, and generative AI. You learn to design, train, and evaluate predictive models. The courses combine theory and practice, with projects applied to concrete cases from the business world.
The ECE Intelligence Lab, the first French hub dedicated to generative AI, offers you a unique experimental ground. You will develop real AI solutions in professional conditions.
- Machine learning and deep learning
- Generative AI and LLM models
- Applied projects in companies
Transforming data into strategic decisions
Knowing how to produce a model is not enough. You also learn to interpret the results, build dashboards, and communicate your analyses to business teams. Data visualization, business intelligence, and statistical analysis are integral parts of your training.
This approach enables you to acquire a comprehensive profile: you are capable of intervening at all stages of a data project, from data collection to business decision-making.
- Data visualization and reporting
- Business intelligence and statistical analysis
- Communicating results to teams
Developing responsible AI
The training includes an essential ethical and regulatory dimension. You will study issues related to the protection of personal data, GDPR, and digital sovereignty. You will learn to design AI systems that are transparent, explainable, and compliant with current legal requirements.
ECE trains profiles aware of their responsibility. In all fields where you will intervene, you will be able to reconcile technical performance with responsible use of AI.
- GDPR and data protection
- Explainable and transparent AI
- Sovereignty and digital ethics
