The Avenir Competition brings together 7 prestigious engineering schools across 15 campuses. The Avenir Competition offers a unique and simplified process for students wishing to join an engineering school. To join the ECE through the Avenir Competition, 3 pathways are available depending on your course of study:
- General and STI2D final year students: AVENIRBAC
- Bachelor’s degree holders Bac+1 to Bac+4: AVENIRPLUS
- Students in Mathematics Specialization MP, PC, PSI, and PT: AVENIRPREPAS

How to maximize your chances of success in the Avenir Competition and secure the best ranking? The competition provides past exam papers for your practice. The ECE organizes 6 Preparation Days for the Avenir Competition.
- Paris Campus: Saturday, March 22, 2025, and Saturday, April 23, 2025
- Lyon Campus: Saturday, March 22, 2025, and Saturday, April 12, 2025
- Bordeaux Campus: Saturday, March 22, 2025, and Saturday, April 5, 2025
During these days, candidates visit our campuses to practice for the tests, experience the actual exam conditions, and meet teachers and students to gather advice.
