Disability and Academic Adjustments
ECE is committed every day to providing quality support and assisting students with disabilities across all its campuses.
Succeed in your studies under the best conditions
Support tailored to each journey
At ECE, you evolve in an inclusive and caring environment designed to help you succeed. Whatever your disability or personal situation, the school’s teams support you throughout your course. They implement the necessary adjustments to meet the diploma requirements and ensure your academic success.
The disability reference person at your campus is your primary contact for information, guiding you in your steps, and discussing the most suitable solutions for your situation. A member of the Academic Adjustments Commission COMASCO, he contributes as part of a team to the decision-making process and the implementation of the approved adjustments, ensuring equitable treatment across all campuses.

Make yourself known as soon as you arrive
How to report your situation?
If you are affected by a disability, we invite you to make yourself known to the COMASCO (Commission for Educational Accommodation) as soon as you start at ECE and when you receive your “account ECE”.
- To do this, you just need to create a file with the COMASCO by scanning the QR CODE provided each year at the academic services and displayed on the campuses. This file is secured and confidential. Only members of the COMASCO have access to it. For more information, just email: commission.amenagement@ece.fr
- No supporting documents should be sent during this first contact, in compliance with GDPR+

Personalized Study Adjustments
ECE is committed to supporting all its students so that they can reconcile their engineering training with their personal situation.
A dedicated committee examines the needs expressed by each student to define the most suitable pedagogical and logistical adjustments.
All personal information communicated to the committee remains strictly confidential. You will sign a consent form for the storage of the information provided. Only the approved adjustments are communicated to the pedagogical teams.
Depending on the situations, different measures may be proposed:
- adjustment of evaluation methods;
- adaptations of examination conditions;
- specific organization of pedagogical follow-up;
- individualized support throughout the education;
- support from an external third party (covered by the family)

How to obtain Student Status for Disability (ESH)?
File composition
Students wishing to benefit from ESH status must compile a file on the COMASCO page via the BOOSTCAMP platform. The file may include, depending on the situation:
- a modification file or a modification certificate obtained at the high school or baccalaureate;
- an Official Recognition of Disabled Worker (RQTH), if available;
- a medical certificate issued by a specialist;
- the completed request form for modifications;
- the consent form authorizing COMASCO to retain the necessary documents for the study of the file.
Study of the file
The commission may request additional elements to best assess the expressed needs.

After studying the file, the commission rules on the granted arrangements. ESH arrangements are valid until the diploma is obtained.

Encouraging everyone’s success
A school committed to inclusion
ECE places inclusion and equal opportunities at the heart of its educational project.
Our ambition is not to offer a tailor-made diploma but to allow each student to fully develop their potential to meet the requirements of a high-level diploma, successfully complete their academic journey, and build their professional project under the best conditions.
Because each path is unique, we do everything we can to provide support tailored to each individual’s needs.
