Considered as the 3rd evolution of the Internet, called web3.0, connected objects and the services they create for the user are present in our daily life. We are only at the beginning of the services these technologies provide, even though there are now five times as many connected objects as there are humans
on earth. Indeed, the combination with other technologies such as Artificial Intelligence, blockchain, quantum computing promises to improve our daily professional and personal life. After the information age, we are entering a new era of service and experience
user, made possible and accessible by the technologies taught in the major.
The Internet of Things is now used in many fields such as wearables, the connected car, the smart home, the smart city, digital payment… The mountains of data accumulated by all these connected objects create value. By associating to the object an intelligence deported in the Cloud, we make possible an economic model linked to its use and the object becomes a service.
