Admission requirements
Degree: a Bachelor’s degree (4 years, Bac+4) or a Master’s year 1 (M1) in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Cybersecurity, or a related field, corresponding to a minimum of 240 ECTS credits.
Language: Proficiency in English (Minimum B2 Level in English).

Head of the MSc program – Oubaïda Chouchane
Dr. Oubaïda Chouchane is Head of the MSc Information Systems & Digital Sovereignty and MSc Cybersecurity Management programs at ECE Paris and a permanent faculty member. She created innovative MSc programs aligned with the era of generative AI, combining academic rigor, industry relevance, and global orientation, and contributed to the renewal of the prestigious CGE accreditation for the MSc Cybersecurity program.
She leads international faculty recruitment, develops novel teaching approaches, and fosters research- and project-driven learning. Holding a PhD in Engineering Sciences from Sorbonne Université, her research centers on trustworthy and ethical AI, focusing on privacy, security, fairness, transparency, and explainability.
Her work is widely published and presented worldwide. An internationally recognized keynote speaker, she actively bridges academia, industry, and policy. In 2025, she received the Amity Global Academic Excellence Award for her contributions to research and pedagogy. Through her leadership, Dr. Chouchane advances sovereign, ethical, and human-centered digital technologies, ensuring education not only keeps pace with innovation but helps shape it.
